These set menus are ideal for formal sit down lunches / dinners. We will bring our kitchen staff & chefs to your premises (if facilities are available) to ensure a professional & hassle free function. OPTIONAL EXTRAS:

  • Bar service : Full bar service (alcohol, glasses, ice, ice baths etc.) on a sale and consumption basis. A 15% surcharge will be charged over and above the total alcohol bill.
  • Waiters, waitresses, barmen : Barmen & waitresses
  • Equipment hire : A full selection of hiring equipment is available. Please advise.
  • Kitchen requirements : As we will be cooking on your premises a site inspection will be required to asses whether extra kitchen equipment will be required for your function.
  • Flowers : Flower service available. Please advise.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Cancellation : Minimum of 48 hours notice prior to delivery
  • Delivery : included in price to certain JHB areas. Please enquire
  • PAX : Minimum of 6 people per function
  • Responsibility : Clients are responsible for any loss, damage or breakages of hired items & platters once delivery has taken place.
  • Deposit : 50% on order. Balance on delivery
