The complex is centred around a 2,8 hectare
man-made lake.
The lake at the Randburg Waterfront is fed
by a tributary of the Jukskei River,
diverted during construction to feed the lake at the complex.
The Randburg Waterfront is four times larger
than Johannesburg`s other
man-made lake side development, Bruma Boardwalk.
The total rentable area of the development
is 33 000 square metres.
The complex has 30 Restaurants, Pubs and
Coffee Shops and over 3 000 parking bays.
The Six Days a week Flea Market has 360
stalls (Closed Monday's).
The Randburg Waterfront is a 24 hour, 365
days a year experience.
Key tenants include Pick 'n Pay, Mr Price,
Spur, Smileys, Red Square,
Edgars Speciality Stores, PNA, Panarottis, Ocean Basket and many others.
The complex boasts 10 Nu Metro Theatres with
seating for 1 700 cinema goers.
Two Conference Facilities are also available which can accommodate
350 and 280 delegates respectively.
