MAINTENANCE MANAGER HENNIE STAPLEBERG Is responsible for maintenance of common property. Any requests in this regard should be faxed to 789 5033.
CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER JAN VAN TONDER Works mainly weekends and helps co-ordinate the activities of the Security, Cleaning and Car Park operatives. Will also provide free advice on Security related issues.
LEASING EXECUTIVE MIKE WALSH Responsible for renewing leasing contracts and leasing vacant space.
ADMINISTRATION MANAGER ELIZABETH KOEN Is responsible for ensuring the correctiveness of monthly statements and the collection of all monies due to the Lessor by the tenants.
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER MERVYN TANKELOWITZ Runs the Car Park and co-ordinates the activities of Security and Cleaning when the Client Services Manager or Maintenance Manager are not on site.
FINANCE MANAGER VINCENT LUN A non line function relating to the financial management of the company.  Acts up in the absence of the Managing Director.
MANAGING DIRECTOR PAUL O`SULLIVAN Is responsible for running the business, setting policy for operational procedures and will deal with matters not capable of being resolved by line management.
