executives need only be involved in final interviews and decisions.

If you choose, we will not reveal the company's name
until the final interviews. In addition, we assure all candidates of the strictest
confidence when handling their resumés.
As a third party, we can thwart the problems encountered
when formal offers are rejected by sounding-out candidates beforehand.
- The ability to tap our resources
Our worldwide resources, our professional expertise and
our in-depth knowledge of the local labour market, remuneration trends and the economy are
yours for the asking.
If our candidate resigns or is dismissed within three
months, we will provide a suitable replacement at no charge, or credit the full sum
against any other recruitment assignment. If we fail to offer acceptable alternatives
within two months of the resignation, we will refund 25% of the fee.
